(PRE-SEASON) REFUND POLICY
The Wack Dodgeball League relies on the cooperation of all captains and players to follow these guidelines to run the league properly with minimal disruptions for the benefit of all.
In order to qualify for a refund of your team registration fees, team withdrawals must be sent in writing to info(at)thewack.ca before the final registration deadline date.
Please state your team name and the reason for your team withdrawal.
For team fees refund request after the final registration deadline date, if granted, a late request penalty fee of $25 will be charged, in addition to the processing fee. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
The League will evaluate and process the request as follows:
1) In the case the League decides to reject the refund request, no refund will be granted.
2) After 2 weeks of official league play (week 1 & week 2)*, refund requests will no longer be accepted
*League Weeks ranges between Week 1 to Week 8
If a team is asked to leave the league due to inappropriate and unacceptable behavior as noted in our League Policy, their team fees will be prorated back to them.
For example, if a team is asked to leave in Week 4, they will be refunded their team fee amount for Weeks 5-8 only.
The Wack encourages all teams to attend their league games every week. Without a full attendance of teams, it compromises The Wack’s promise to deliver each team with 18 games per night. This affects the league, and of course the teams. Please be courteous to other teams and the league and notify the league, in the case that your team will not be able to attend their game(s).
If a team is absent from the league for more than 3 weeks consecutively at any point during the season without notifying the league, their spot in the league will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be granted.
